CINAHL Plus with full text
CINAHL covers nursing, biomedicine, health sciences librarianship, alternative/complementary medicine, consumer health and 17 allied health disciplines. Includes evidence-based care sheets and quick lessons.

Note: on CINAHL Plus, do an advanced search and you can choose a filter to search for Randomized Controlled Trials.

Proquest Nursing and Allied Health
This database offers reliable, comprehensive coverage of the fields of nursing and allied health including journals, video, dissertations, reference books and more.
Health Source Nursing
Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition provides over 500 scholarly full-text journals focusing on nursing, allied health fields, and many medical disciplines. Patient education sheets from the Lexi-PAL Drug Guide are also included.

MEDLINE is a comprehensive database which contains citations and abstracts for biomedical and life sciences literature, primarily from scholarly journals. There are several options for searching Medline. PubMed is NLM’s platform for providing access to the citations and abstracts in MEDLINE, along with many additional features.

PubMed® comprises more than 39 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books.

PubMed is freely available to anyone with an Internet connection. When you search PubMed you are searching titles and abstracts. Although many of the articles indexed in PubMed are freely available the majority of articles are only accessible through institutional subscriptions to the journals in which the articles appear. Full text access is provided by Athens Technical College Students through Medline (at Ebsco).

MedlinePlus is a completely open access/free resource for patients and their families and friends.

Contains summaries of health topics, images, videos, tutorials, drugs/herbs/supplements information, a medical dictionary, medical encyclopedia, and directories.
