WCAG

The guidelines are built on 4 principles, known as POUR:

Perceivable - Information and interfaces must be presented to users in ways they can perceive. Assistive technology

Operable - User interface and navigation must be operable, Mouse, keyboard, assistive device

Understandable - Information and operation of user interface must be understandable. User-friendly, understandable, colorblind friendly

Robust - Content must be able to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technology. Assistive technology, older technology, mobile divices
