What do you know about the item? If you know the title, then search GALILEO or O.W.L. for the title. Omit the initial article (a, an, the) and enclose the title in quotes ("):

"Effect of social media on teenagers"

If the results aren't what you expected, double check your title or try searching for a couple keywords in the title and perhaps add the author name to your search. So if the article above was written by Jeanine Haverford, try searching:

"social media" haverford
